The costs includes all food and accommodations.
120€ for adults (40€ per night)
90€ for youth ages 12-18 (30€ per night)
60€ for children under 12 (20€ per night)

The goal is to gather as many action sports leaders from as many different countries and communities within the European region for this bi-annual regional summit.

Gathering will start on Thursday evening (April 10th) at 6:00PM for dinner together.
Full day together for worship, fellowship, prayer, and discussions on the 11th and 12th,.
Last session will be on Sunday the 13th for breakfast and at 10:00am we will wrap up our time together.

What language will the gathering be in?
Primarily english but if you are not fluent we will try to put you near other leaders who can help translate for you.
What will we be doing while together?
Getting to know one another. Building friendships. Validating one another’s callings. Sharing testimonies and stories. And collectively encouraging each other as we participate in round table discussions.
Are we going to do any fun activities or ride together.
Definitely. We’re action sports people. Bring your skateboard or bike and we will definitely be providing opportunities to have fun.
Can I come in early or stay late?
